- If necessary, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle or assistance.

Regarding cancellations:
- You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your pick-up time without any charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up will incur a cancellation fee.
- No-show reservations will be charged in full.
